The process begins with conversations with John Buck by telephone or Skype several days before the workshop.
We encourage you to bring several people from your organization to the workshop so that you
can be together while participating in the training exercises that address your specific
concerns. Your structured learning continues for several months after the workshop through
support groups, advice and coaching. Your fee, paid before the workshop, covers the training
as well as these pre-event and post-session activities.
