Permaculture in New Zealand

Does anyone possess a checklist for evaluating a rural property prior to purchase for permaculture/sustainable living use?

Edited: This is no longer an immediate request as the property we were looking at has just been taken off the market. However, it seems it would be an excellent resource to share via this site.
