I would like to utilize this time to introduce to you the unique eco-developments taking place at Tira Ora Eco State, In the heart of the Marlborough Sounds, South Island, New Zealand.

Tira Ora Eco State has 550-acres of organic land... boundless beauty, exclusive sea / air access, established organic vegetable & herb gardens, an exciting variety of animals and livestock, abundant fishing & hunting, and endless outdoor activities. Tira Ora Eco State is presently powered by a Micro Hydro System, with supplementary Solar Power Sources.

Currently we have been graciously gifted 100 organic acres within Tira Ora Eco State, by Anthony & Annebeth Riles Broad for the development of an ‘Eco Resort’.

This project offers fresh inspirational and innovative features to all guest’ who have the opportunity to enjoy this ‘Ecologically Cultured Destination.

‘Our goal is to progressively proceed in developing an active model of self-sufficiency, sustainability and ecology for the enjoyment and benefit of Global Guest,Investors and Visitors ’.
