Permaculture in New Zealand

I am a permaculture designer, educator, community change agent and the chairperson of Permaculture in New Zealand (PiNZ). My vision is for the organisation (PiNZ) to be a national driver supporting the development and implementation of projects that promote effective social and ecological design solutions, land stewardship, community development and bioregional resilience in Aotearoa New Zealand. I also want to see PiNZ play a major role in leading the conversation on bioregional and urban sustainability in this country, in part through the development of creative, effective initiatives and working models.  This will only happen through directly networking and cooperating with permaculture communities and individuals throughout Aotearoa, other national and local organisations with similar kaupapa, and working within mainstream Aotearoa to upskill people with ecological literacy and sustainable design knowledge and tools.
