I've been discussing micro livestock for a while, my personal favourite is guinea pig
Generally people seem to have an adverse reaction to any suggestion that we should eat 'pets' or 'rodents' but they are a fantastic method of growing protein in a resilient way
I am not advocating that any of these species be imported into NZ

I would be interested in discussing microlivestock with anybody else who is interested
Topic can also include insects!
