Come and experience a unique 3 weeks residential course, tailored specifically to the needs of families. In a creative hands-on program that will inspire both children and adults, participants will share moment of joy, revelation, connectedness and success. Through music, theatre and play, the permaculture bug will be spread to the young and the young at heart. Start: 15/01/2011
We’ll explore the ecology of buildings, natural materials (local earth, straw, timber etc), passive solar design, and building health. We’ll get our hands dirty in a practical building project. Saturday, 15th Jan. 2:30-4:30pm Low-Maintenance High-Productivity Gardens This workshop covers a variety of design strategies, management techniques, and hand tools that can be used in combination to maximize your efficiency and boost yields from your veggie garden.
