We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form or become a member of our organisation.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Do we Track Emails?
In order to monitor the effectiveness of our mass communications, e.g. email newsletters, we employ individually identifiable "email opened" tracking, plus trackable URLS for links in emails. Email link tracking is performed directly by our website, with no thid party involved.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Viewing and Editing Your Information
All registered users of our site may view and edit their personal information by logging in to the site and going to the 'My Account' page.
Requests for Contact Details
From time to time we receive requests from people for contact details of a registered website user (usually someone they know and have lost touch with). We will not provide contact details, but we may notify the user of the request and provide to them the requester's contact details. Such request implies permission to forward contact details.
If users become financial members of Permaculture in New Zealand Inc. we are required by law to retain a record of their membership for seven (7) years following the cessation of their membership.
